HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT: (To ensure accurate posting to your child support case, please be sure to include your SETS/Case Number. )

Keep your child support information at your fingertips.
Register to create an account or log in on the Mobile App or Web Portal using the links above as a convenient and secure way to manage your child support case:
- View and print a payment history on your case (a maximum of two years)
- View real-time information on your child support case.
- Update information on your child support case.
- Send secure messages to the Child Support office.
- Upload documents to the Child Support office.
- Make payments by credit or debit card. (NO FEES)
The Ohio Child Support Customer Service Portal is both a website and mobile app for easy, on-demand access to your case info.
The website can be used online through a desktop or mobile device.
You can find the Ohio Child Support mobile app in the Google Play or Apple App stores.
Once registered, self-service options include:
- Pay with credit/debit card.
- Set up payment alerts.
- View your personal, employment, health insurance, and child support order info.
- Make alerts for when you need to update your info.
- View and print up to two (2) years of payment info.
- Send messages, important updates and required documents to your county CSEA.
How do I Register?
You can get started online with the links provided above. Registration is quick and easy if you have a valid Ohio ID or BMV key number.

Make a Payment:
To ensure proper credit of your payment, you must include your name, SETS Case Number, and Court Order Number on every payment. Failure to do so may result in a delay in posting your payment. Please be advised that most counties accept payments to apply to your case even if your case is handled by a different county. Lorain CSEA will gladly post your payment to your case that is administered by a different county and a receipt will be provided at the time of payment for your records.

Payments can be made with cash, cashier's check, personal check, or money order at the Lorain County CSEA lobby, Monday-Friday 8:AM - 3:45PM. Please make check, cashier’s check, or money order payable to OCSPC.
